2013 is already moving fast with semester start next week. Last week we shipped a group of trainees to sea - and we are looking forward to learn about their experiences.

 

Hopefully the trainees will think and talk safety - and be involved in safety management on bord each vessel they attend.

 

Next week the academy will open its doors to meet new trainees and I will try to inspire them to think and talk safety on everyday basis. I guess that the most importent advice from me this semesterstart will be those two quotations:

 

"Safety and health is everyones resposibility"

 

"It's better to loose one minute in life than to loos life in a minute"
